Everyone who is in the hospitality group needs to eventually meet together along with KC Jones. So lets see when everyone is available, and get things going so we can get things done before prom creeps up on us.

If anyone knows the PTO schedule we should meet before that so we can present our ideas to them to keep them involved, and get started!
I am free for any time that is not this upcoming sunday.
Please tell me when we might be going so i don't schedule anything for that day.

I heard from KC that a group of us is going to visit the Hotel and see the space on Thursday, April 10. I'm not sure of the time but I think he said 4:30 or 5:00.
I haven't confirmed whether I myself will be able to make it, but if you're interested in coming, let me know.
