Well we need to get crakin as you kiddies like to say on thie thing called prom. Please post comments here. What do we need to do? Also you can post ideas we already have if we have some. Lets get to crakin!

At this point just post what needs to be done, once we have the list we will backwards plan and assign roles with deadlines- Sorry I forgot to say that before.
Oh Holly, the desserts are already picked. Felicia and I hopped on that train when we first visited the hotel. Actually, the hotel has a menu they go by.
Food and Refreshments are taken care of by the hotel.
I recently talked to KC about the dessert and he also said the desserts were picked. What did you guys pick?....because the lady said she can talk to the chef and it can be changed if we don't really like what has been set for us already.
Ok- so I am assuming since everybody is discussing specific plans and not throwing out new ideas we have the list.
At our next meeting (TBD for this week) I will update on. Security Time Pictures Decorations Price Food and Refreshments since all of that is pretty close and we can probably finalize very soon.
What that leaves by my account is: Publicity Selling Tickets Theme/ Color Invitations Prom Court Guests
So the only question is when. Wednesday is out and lunch is out because we need to have both grades represented. How about Friday morning? Yeah or Nah?

DJ- Called this morning and is sending me contract.
* I think I might have an affordable picture man, but I need to call him.
* I think the time should be 7:30- 12pm.
*Invitations- My mom is wiling to print them for free if we buy the paper.
* I was also thinking too we could have a center piece with like a vase or bowl with flowers floating, and maybe something like marbles at the bottom. (Because we can't have candles!)

I think that we need ta start putting people in charge of things...
